Regularly within the M25 we will have an engineer to site within 4 hours of a call. 90% of fault calls are repaired on the first visit to site. Clients who cannot justify putting their printing equipment under a Maintenance contract, or are not certain when they plan to upgrade their equipment find this model very agreeable.
